By accessing yami.company, submitting forms, or downloading, installing, and utilizing our free or premium software, mobile applications, and security tools (the "Services"), you unequivocally agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of our Services.

The trademark "yami" and associated logos are legally protected. You are strictly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, or commercially exploiting our intellectual property without prior written consent.
No-Registration Policy: yami.company operates without a user account system. All interactions occur via official forms and direct communication channels.
Job Allocation & Attachments: When utilizing the Job Allocation Form, you agree to provide truthful and accurate information. You warrant that you hold the right to share any uploaded files, which must be free of malicious code or illegal content. We reserve the right to reject any request based on incomplete or suspicious documentation.
Communications: By engaging with our WhatsApp links or contact forms, you consent to receive transactional and service-related communications. Standard data rates from your telecommunications provider may apply.
For users downloading our desktop software, mobile applications, or security tools:
Grant of License: Yami grants you a personal, worldwide, non-assignable, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the software for personal or internal business purposes. The software is licensed, not sold.
Free Software: Certain applications are provided free of charge. We reserve the right to limit functionality, require updates, or discontinue these services at our discretion without prior notice.
Paid Software: Premium applications require the purchase of a valid license key or subscription. Unauthorized sharing of license keys or bypassing payment gateways is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate license termination.
Restrictions: You strictly agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works of our software. You shall not use the Services to distribute malware or engage in illegal activities under Indian law.
Billing: Subscriptions for premium apps will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the billing cycle end date.
Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our software, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable, except where mandated by local law or if the software fails to perform its core advertised function, subject to verification by our technical team within 7 days of purchase.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Yami United Services Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages—including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, hardware failure, or business interruption—arising out of your use or inability to use our free or paid software, security tools, or website services. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to Yami in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yami United Services Pvt. Ltd. from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions or your misuse of the Services.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or related to the use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Contai, West Bengal, India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and within our applications. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised terms.
