This decision has been taken in light of compliance requirements, internal risk assessments, and concerns related to unauthorised practices and regulatory obligations under applicable local and international financial laws governing cross-border payment systems.

Key Information:

• The company will no longer process or accept payments through Payoneer
• This discontinuation applies to all brands, services, and platforms owned or operated by Yami United Services Private Limited
• The decision is taken to ensure full compliance with applicable financial regulations and lawful business practices
• Any Payoneer-related payment channels or integrations should be considered inactive with immediate effect

Important Note:

• Clients and partners are requested to use only officially communicated and approved payment methods for all future transactions
• The company shall not be responsible for any payments made through Payoneer after this notice
• Any ongoing transactions (if applicable) should be completed or redirected to alternative authorised payment systems

This step has been taken in good faith to maintain transparency, regulatory compliance, and secure financial operations across all business activities.
